My Testamony

I have been listening to Phil Johnson's sermons and he recently shared his testimony in an February 09 sermon. So I thought I would give my testimony of how The Lord saved me. I got saved out of a life of dead Religion. I got saved off of all things The website of The Army Of God the radical pro life group that promotes murderer Paul Hill and The Racist Bomber of The 96 Olympics Eric Rodolph. How I got to this point where God convicted me of my sin and gave me the faith to believe. Was the fact that I had started attending Spurgeon Heritage Church for over six months. My only prior experience of "salvation" was the old come to Jesus discional regeneration trick. God took my heart of stone and removed it and gave me a heart of flesh enlivened by his Word and made me a new creature. So here I am a year and some months latter safe in the hollow of God's hand and happier then I ever could be. It was God and His Word as found on The Army Of God website and God's Holy Ghost which convicted me of my sin and made me new I had nothing to do with God saving me He gave me the faith through His Word and Spirit. It was Christ who saved me I had nothing to do with this it is all the work of God to His glory and praise to His Power and Glory.
